Low Slope Roofing Systems

When it comes to roofing, there are many factors to consider. You want to ensure your roof will stand up to the elements and last for years to come, but you also want something that won’t break the bank. That’s why we’re proud to offer our customers a wide range of low-slope roofing systems—from our standard asphalt shingles to innovative tile and slate options—to fit every budget.

Low slope roofing systems are designed to handle low to medium-sized residential and commercial properties.

Low slope roofs can be found on homes, apartment buildings, and warehouses. They are also used on greenhouses and fences. Our installation experts will help you choose the right low-slope roof system for your property.

Low Slope Roofing Contractors You Can Trust

We are proud to offer a full line of low-slope roof systems. Our products have been engineered and tested to meet the needs and demands of today’s residential and commercial clients. We offer several types of Low Slope Roof Systems that include:

Flat Roof Systems

These are the most common residential applications but are also used in commercial applications. We offer various metal flat roofs, including metal decking systems, standing seam roofs, and corrugated metal sheeting systems.

Modular Roof Systems

These are an excellent choice for commercial or industrial buildings because they are easy to install and can be made in different sizes and shapes. They are also available with additional accessories such as skylights, gutter guards, and louvers that can help control temperature within the building.

Sloped Roof Systems

These are designed for low slope applications where water must be drained from one area to another such as on the sides of buildings or on top of a hillside home where rainwater can flow down from one side to another without causing any damage to the structure itself.

EverGuard® TPO 45‑80 mil Membrane

A recent study of EverGuard TPO roofs installed between 8 and 16 years ago found they all performed above ASTM standards for newly manufactured TPO. GAF analyzed membrane samples from roofs across the US and studied thickness over scrim, surface cracking, and the ability to repair aging TPO membranes.

EverGuard® PVC50‑80 mil Membrane

PVC has excellent flexibility. It also has increased resistance to UV, ozone, chemicals, tears, and punctures. That along with heat-welded seams, a white reflective color, and how simple it is to repair and install makes it the right choice for your job.

Sheet Metal
