I’m Luis Monegro, owner of Effective Roofing. I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, where I grew up playing multiple sports, mainly speed skating. My uncle owned a steel fence company, and I been involved in construction from a young age. Eventually, I moved to the USA when I was 17 years old. My first job was flipping burgers at McDonald’s, and after a few promotions and becoming the General manager, I decided to pursue my passion and went to Roofing, full time.

I work several years as a Roofer installer for major roofing companies before founding Effective Roofing. Bringing with me the skills and implementations I learned from McDonald’s. (You need to understand every position of your business to run it successfully). Effective Roofing focuses on client satisfaction, and five-star recommendations are our top priority in every job.
